My son is a fanatic for garbage trucks. I was so excited to order this truck for his birthday. This truck comes in two colors and both are reviewed separately. The red and green truck had a one star rating. The woman stated that the truck's packing panel broke within one day and the truck was rendered useless. I chose to ignore this review, assuming that it was a fluke, and ordered the orange version, which has a five star rating. Sadly, the truck arrived and the packing panel was broken instantly. As the packing panel is the main component of the truck, it cannot be used without it. My son was so excited, and now he is devastated to have to give up his brand new truck. The combined cost of a pack of garbage cans and the truck was almost $100, so I am not willing to accept broken material. This is a sad birthday...
